Eluding and Evasion of IDS Systems
Černý, Marek ; Tobola, Jiří (referee) ; Žádník, Martin (advisor)
This paper analyzes network security devices called intrusion detection (ID) systems. In order to point out possible flaws, especially ID systems using signature analysis are examined. Based on this, methods to exploit possible vulnerabilities of these systems were designed. These methods were implemented into a simple program for ID systems efficiency evaluation. It can be used in a way entirely independent of particular network attack used in the test.
Preparation of Homeworks in the Course Algorithms
Felix, Martin ; Goldefus, Filip (referee) ; Lukáš, Roman (advisor)
This Bachelor's thesis is about AVL trees, which belongs to the binary search trees. Thesis contains three parts, objective of the first one is to learn student how insert nodes into AVL trees in recursive way, objective of the second part is to learn student how delete nodes from AVL trees in non-recursive way and objective of the last one is to complete student's knowledge about AVL trees . Student's results are mached with results of model solution and this evaluation establishes student's points.
Utilization of ANSYS Workbench program at power electrical engineering
Partl, Tomáš ; Aubrecht, Vladimír (referee) ; Kuchyňková, Hana (advisor)
In its first part this Master´s thesis describes creation of electronic database design in Raster Design 2009 program as an effective form of storage only for paper documentation. The second part of my thesis provides calculation of primary and secondary winding of current instrument transformer of over-current conduit through the winding and influence on other parts of transformer i.e. error of transformer or increasing magnetic induction core and others. The last third part is focusing on usage of ANSYS Workbench in power electrical engineering. The thesis shows specific example of warming of current instrument transformer (thermal analysis) and comparing the results with theoretical (calculated) values.
Development of the first metatarsophalangeal joint replacement
Barták, Vladislav ; Popelka, Stanislav (advisor) ; Stehlík, Jiří (referee) ; Krbec, Martin (referee)
The work provides a comprehensive overview of the issues hallux rigidus with a focus on the first metatarsophalangeal joint replacement and development of our own implant. The development was built to perform anatomical studies, the results were the basis for the construction of hemiarthroplasty and total arthroplasty. It was necessary to measure the marrow cavities of the distal part of first metatarsal and proximal half of proximal phalanx. We measured the size of the metatarsal head in two planes, and its tendency to diaphysis on the dry preparations. Through these studies we obtained valid data for the construction all components of both hemiarthroplasty and total arthroplasty of specifying the size spectrum. We have verified and then corrected the shape of implant treatment during post-mortem tests on the models. The result is a new type of arthroplasty with their own design to guarantee restoration of joint function and coated with a high osteointegral potential. In clinical studies, we performed 22 implantations of hemiarthroplasty and one implantation of total arthroplasty. Clinical results suggest the fact that the implant will be successful. However the ultimate answer to this question will provide long-term study. The other results presented with a detailed anatomical description show to...
Rope procedures for extraction and insertion of persons used by helicopter emergency medical service
Kaľavský, Peter ; Rozenberg, Róbert ; Petríček, Pavol ; Socha, Vladimír ; Socha, Luboš
The article deals with the issue of alternative ways of extraction and insertion of persons by helicopters using rope and non-rope procedures. The article provides a current general overview of rope and non-rope procedures for insertion of persons in places where a helicopter cannot touch down, as well as an overview of techniques used for extraction/transport of persons from places not permitting helicopter touchdown. The article lists advantages and disadvantages of individual methods and their applicability in the helicopter emergency medical service. The main contribution of the article is the comparison of time indicators when inserting and transporting persons by helicopters with the use of rope procedures during typical model situations. For the purposes of comparing rope procedures have been created three typical model situations for inserting two persons from a hovering helicopter and two typical model situations for extracting four persons and their transportation on board. During creating these model situations, we have taken into consideration the most frequently used rope procedures within HEMS in civil, military and police sectors of the Slovak Republic. Total insertion/extraction time was considered the basic piece of data for the comparison. Time data were obtained from flight tests, actual training, technical documentation data and on the basis of the expert estimate. Rope procedures were compared among each other and among three types of helicopters most used for these purposes in the Slovak Republic: Mi-17 LPZS, Bell-429 and AGUSTA A109K2. Processed conclusions from the comparison of each model situation within the considered alternative rope ways of extraction and insertion of persons by helicopters and the conclusions drawn from the performance comparison of HEMS helicopters in the Slovak Republic within these model situations are a significant contribution to the determination of procedures in the framework of rescue missions.
